This position is for a Card Services Operations Supervisor with a company location in Tupelo, MS.
Summary: The Card Services Operations Lead will perform multiple duties and support various initiatives in the Card Operations and Settlement Operations area.
Duties and Responsibilities Include: Training of Card Services Operations Staff; Assist staff in the daily functions of the Card Services Operations area; Assist in developing and maintaining departmental procedures for Card Operations; Ensure quality standards and daily processing deadlines are met; Perform other related duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements and Qualifications Include: High school education and (1-2) years related work experience in bank operations; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment meeting deadlines and production goals; Detail oriented; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Must be a self-starter and excel at time management.
