This is a job for a Accounting Supervisor In Olive Branch, MS. 

 

Duties/Responsibilities :  Manage Division DSO and AR aging metrics; support team to achieve goals. Monitor customer account balances. Work cross-functionally to resolve customer past dues and disputes. 

 

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. At least 3 years experience in Accounting. Prefer at least 2 years experience with leading others. Manage Division WADP and AP health metrics; support team to achieve goals. Monitor supplier ERS effectiveness and statements. Work cross-functionally for accurate PO requisition coding, receiving actions, and supplier pricing updates. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Prepare of J.V. and reconciliations for month end. Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Maintain general ledger. 

 

Benefits : Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical). Five(5) years of supervisory and/or Project . management experience in Heavy Duty Engine Manufacturing environment. Five (5) years of PACCAR experience.

Three (3) years of Engine Remanufacturing Experience. Demonstrated Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience.

Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, identify and address problems, and meet deadlines

Strong Leadership, organizational and planning abilities; and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential

Excellent written, verbal and group or individual presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office
