Marketing Specialist

This is a job for a Marketing Specialist position with the company located in the Grenada, MS area.


Job Summary: The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will perform a variety of activities supporting both the sales and marketing functions within CCP.  This role reports directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing – Custom Coils Products.  This role is vital in the marketing of various product lines including involvement in trade shows, brochures, marketing campaigns and materials, travel arrangement and coordination. The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will also be responsible for the dissemination of communications to market channel partners. This position requires the ability to compile data from a variety of sources, analyze data and prepare reporting materials for critical areas such as Sales, Accounting, Finance and Sr. Management. 


Responsibilities: Develop strategies and tactics to boost the company brand and reputation. Design and implement plans and activities to drive qualified sales leads (through digital, web, tradeshow, and traditional methods). Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution. Prepares brochures and literature by formatting content and graphics; arranges printing and internet packages. Assists in the creation of and holds responsibility for the issue and control of all communications outside of the company relative to sales and marketing. Requires frequent interaction with internal sales, accounting and manufacturing departments and external contact with Modine Channel Partners, customers, and other Modine divisions. Assists with internal intranet and external website as needed. Coordinates and assists with sales meetings and training sessions. Plans a variety of industry trade shows for various product lines including, but not limited to: Coordination of attendees, coordination of events, product displays, transportation, booth set-ups and teardowns, housing, meals, entertainment and participation schedules. Develops trade show, sales meeting and marketing budgets as needed. Provide sales tracking information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Updates sales databases. Compiles, consolidates, formats, and summarizes information, graphs, and presentations. Distributes reports to appropriate audiences.


Qualifications: Demonstrated tradeshow planning experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task. Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access database management. A history of using Excel pivot tables for data mining and manipulation. Strong creative and analytical skills. Familiarity with graphic design and illustration and with web development and site maintenance. SAP experience is a plus.
