This position is for a Deli Manager with a company in Edinburg, MS.

Duties and Responsibilities: Monitors that  proper temperatures are being maintained at all stages during the production of deli, cheese, and bakery items. Supervises the day to day functions of the service deli. Schedule service deli associates to ensure adequate coverage and service levels. Oversees all daily operations of the deli. Recruit, train and develop deli staff. Execute the training, coaching and performance management of food service customer service employees. Responsible for managing the daily activities of employees to improve sales performance and supervising employees in various duties, cooking, serving, packaging, and operating counters. Ability to work well individually in a team environment. He/She effectively manages and grows the sales of the food service program. Plans and prepares work schedules. Invoices for the deli and inventories.
