Temp-to-hire opportunity in Bay St. Louis, MS. Searching for an experienced Human Resources Specialist.

Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Requirements

3 years of experience in human resources/business administration specifically in onboarding new hires, orientation, and payroll

Knowledge of SAP and manufacturing/safety procedures

Excellent communication skills

Manufacturing experience preferred

The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for developing and facilitating training programs, identifying orientation needs, collaborating with department managers and the finance department, effectively evaluating training programs, assisting with the payroll process, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and other human resourcing regulations.
