Job Description:

We are searching for experienced, full-time professional life insurance sales agents to provide service to our “Home Service” clientele. This position will service an existing customer route and establish new customers by providing a wide range of insurance products.

Essential Job Duties:

• Sell, serve, and collect from established accounts.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum sales requirement for employment.


• Minimum collections to meet.


• Must have reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of sales experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Self-starter and motivated individual.


• Effective communication skills.


• Ability to interact with a diverse clientele base.


• Coachable.

Miscellaneous Requirements:

Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8AM – 5PM with occasional after hours.

Work Environment

Primarily indoors with heating and cooling regulated in a general office environment.  The noise level in the work environment is generally low.

Physical Requirements

The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. 

Ability to reach high and low; open, close and retrieve files from file cabinets as well as operate computer keyboard and appropriate office equipment.  The position requires the ability to frequently stand, walk, sit for long periods of time, lift up to 15 lbs., open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
