Statewide: The clinical suprvisor is to help the less-experienced worker improve their clinical skills. Clinical supervisors work with both clients and their family to ensure that clients are receiving a high quality of homecare. They are responsible for assigning cases and coordinating with client/patients, caregivers and references. They will also conduct orientation of newly hired personal care attendants, develop a plan of care, process request for new client/patient services, etc.
**Will need coputer skills, and be able to plan, coordinate and record on going in service training. Will made home visits
Requirments: Bachelor's Degree in social work, home economics or related profession with one years direct experience working with elderly clients and people with disabilities and 2 yrs supervisory exp.
OR LPN with 1 year direct experience working with elderly clients and people with disabilities and 2 yrs supervisory exp.
OR HS/GED with 2 years direct experience working with elderly clients and people with disabilities and 2 yrs supervisory exp.
Must have: CNA/PCA certification, and CPR Certification, Driver License, reliable vehicle, current auto insurance with tag.
Must have current physical exam TB test and pass background check.
