Must know how to answer phones professionally, do office duties, take orders, and help customers.

1 year of CSR experience, better in the furniture industry (not required but preferred)
Good communication skills with different customers
Know how to use Excel and Word
Understand furniture quality requirements and issues
Understand the process from sales order to production to shipping to invoice
