Customer Service Representative
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about helping others and providing excellent customer service. This person will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing information about products and services, and promoting customer loyalty. DUTIES:
Agreement with customers, offering excellent customer support
Maintain and exceed customer satisfaction
Complete any technical troubleshooting and resolve complaints from customers
Manage relationships with vendors
Assist customers in finding information
Review and resolve queries from customers
Meet all customer requirements, anticipating and resolving potential issues quickly
