How You'll Make an Impact
Lead and implement lean manufacturing initiatives across production environments
Conduct value stream mapping and Kaizen events to improve workflow efficiency
Apply Six Sigma methodologies such as DMAIC and root cause analysis to reduce defects
Design and optimize production processes and equipment layouts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production challenges
Ensure compliance with manufacturing regulations and standards
Provide technical guidance to product design teams for manufacturability
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in continuous improvement or process engineering
Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools
Proven track record of leading successful improvement initiatives
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
