About the role:
As a Healthcare Advocate at Carenet Launch, you will play a vital role in reaching out to patients via outbound calls.
Your mission is to assist patients in accessing a secure link sent to their phones, enabling them to take advantage of the various services we offer. This essential support ensures members can fully utilize program benefits. No prior experience is required; we will provide comprehensive training. What's crucial is your empathy, patience, and dedication to making a positive impact on patients' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Outreach: Reach out to patients in a caring and empathetic manner via outbound calls.
Link Access and Guidance: Assist members in accessing a secure link and navigating the services page.
Empathy: Demonstrate genuine empathy and patience while helping members.
Weekly Bonus Opportunities: Earn bonuses based on weekly performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Significant empathy and patience.
Strong communication skills.
Strong technical skills.
Passion for helping others.
No prior experience required; we will provide training.
Pay: From $14.00 per hour, Monday-Friday
Expected hours: 40 per week
