Responsibilities:
Utilize standard technology such as a telephone, e-mail, and web browser.
Follow established and documented policies and standard operating procedures, such as filling out timesheets and adhering to privacy rules.
Guide caller through online applications and submission processes.
Document call outcomes and complete call logs.
Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
At least a High School diploma or GED.
Must be able to speak, read and communicate fluently in English.
Must be able to type a minimum of 20 WPM.
At least 1 year of experience working with a PC and the Windows OS.
At least 1 year of experience working within defined performance timelines.
Use standard tools such as telephone, email and web.
Preferred Qualifications
At least 6 months of customer service experience.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks.
Ability to work as a member of a team.
This job is set to begin training 11/17/2025. Must have completed interview and approved background.
