• Utilize standard technology such as a telephone, e-mail, and web browser.


• Follow established and documented policies and standard operating procedures, such as filling out timesheets and adhering to privacy rules.


• Guide caller through online applications and submission processes. 


• Document call outcomes and complete call logs.


• Other duties as assigned.

• At least a High School diploma or GED.


• Must be able to speak, read and communicate fluently in English.


• Must be able to type a minimum of 20 WPM.


• At least 1 year of experience working with a PC and the Windows OS.


• At least 1 year of experience working within defined performance timelines.


• Use standard tools such as telephone, email and web.

• At least 6 months of customer service experience.


• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks.


• Ability to work as a member of a team.
