Provides nursing care to the residents as prescribed by the provider and in accordance with established facility protocol, local, state and federal regulations.  Leads and directs licensed, certified and non-professional staff in the delivery of direct resident care.  Excellent oral and verbal communication skills required.   Working knowledge of computers required.  Must be currently licensed RN and in good standing with the Mississippi Board of Nursing.  Supervisory experience preferred.
