Summary: East Central Planning and Development District (ECPDD) is seeking a licensed nurse to work in the Elderly and Disabled Waiver Program. Excellent fringe benefits, no nights, weekends, or on-call. This position is involved in coordinating the Case Management Program, which consists of planning, arranging for and coordinating appropriate home and community-based services which should be provided to clients in a timely and cost-effective manner. The person assigned to this position maintains considerable contact with service providers, clients, and works with a Licensed Social Worker case manager in the team approach to screen referred clients and determine eligibility.

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree. Must be a Registered Nurse. Valid drivers license.
