About Our Team
We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join our client's Business Development Center (BDC) team. This is a critical inside sales role focused on generating new business opportunities and providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for candidates who are eager to contribute directly to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle high-volume phone communication with potential and existing clients, managing inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
· Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the outside sales team.
· Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing calls, follow-ups, and administrative duties effectively.
· Utilize CRM software and other digital tools to accurately document all customer interactions, update lead statuses, and maintain organized records.
· Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
· Achieve monthly targets for lead qualification and appointment setting.
Qualifications
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
· Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively without sacrificing attention to detail.
· Strong computer and technology proficiency (computer-savvy), including experience with data entry, email systems, and quickly learning new software applications (CRM experience is a plus).
· Highly motivated, driven, and possessing a strong work ethic with a desire to exceed performance goals.
· Previous experience in a high-volume phone environment is highly desirable. Experience working in a medical office or similar administrative/customer-facing phone role is a strong indicator of success in this position.
Compensation and Benefits
· Base Annual Salary: $25,000.
· Commission Structure: Significant commission potential is offered, with an average monthly commission of $1,500 - $1,800, depending on performance and drive. Top performers have the potential to earn more.
