Education: Bachelor's degree (Or) Foreign Equivalent in Science / Math / Education.

Experience: 24 Months

License: Applicant must have a teaching license.

Salary: $39,790/ Year. Plus, Normal fringe benefits.

Job duties: The Secondary (High) School Teacher is responsible for teaching one or more subjects to students at the secondary school level. Prepare materials and classrooms for class activities. Instruct through lectures, discussions, and demonstrations in one or more subjects, such as Mathematics, Science, or Social Studies. Establish clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects, and communicate those objectives to students. Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order among students. Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students’ needs and interests. Communicate progress and concerns tactfully and professionally to parents and, as appropriate, other faculty, staff, and principal. Participate in faculty meetings, educational conferences, workshops, and other training seminars. Use computer literacy skills, different software, and technological advances in teaching. Maintain required paperwork for individual student files, attendance, incident reports, and other records. Enforce all administration policies, safety, security standards, and rules governing students.
