Job Description
The Operations Coordinator provides administrative and operational support across multiple functional areas within Operations, with emphasis on administrative support for Human Resources and Payroll functions. This role assists with coordination of daily workflows, communication, and operational processes, supporting leadership and contributing to efficient, well-organized campus operations.

Required Qualifications


    • Associate Degree

    • Minimum of one (1) year of administrative, operations, or related experience, preferable in an office environment supporting HR, Payroll, Finance, or Operations functions



 


 

Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s degree or higher in business, human resources, finance, or a related field. Experience providing administrative support in HR, payroll, finance, or operations, preferably in a higher education or public-sector environment. Familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Physical Demands


    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

    • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
