Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior, Supervisor or Manager to lead audit engagements from planning to completion, review staff work, and ensure compliance with auditing standards. This role is ideal for professionals who are detail-oriented, technically proficient, and ready to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple audit engagements and teams simultaneously
Plan, execute, and finalize audit engagements in accordance with firm policies
Review audit workpapers and financial statements for quality, accuracy, and completeness
Provide supervision, training, and mentoring to audit staff
Maintain client relationships and act as a key point of contact throughout engagements
Assist in developing firm policies and procedures related to audit methodology and efficiency
Qualifications:
CPA license (or in the process of obtaining)
Minimum of 3 years of public accounting experience with a focus in audit and assurance
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and accounting principles
Experience with CCH products (e.g., Knowledge Coach, Engagement) is highly preferred
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
