In this role, you’ll connect with current, lapsed, and potential donors, encouraging them to schedule their next donation at a local blood drive or donor center. Through meaningful conversations, you’ll help donors understand their life-changing impact and ensure they have a positive experience with Vitalant.
What to Expect
Due to scheduling requirements, this remote position is limited to candidates residing in the Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones.
Schedule: Next Start Date: 4/13/2025
- Training is four weeks, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (AZ Time) with 100% attendance required.
- After training, you will be assigned one of the following shifts (Arizona Time):

- Tues–Sat | 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (8% shift differential for Saturday)
- Sun–Thurs | 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (8% shift differential for Sunday)
- Final rate determined by experience and work location.
- Additional $1/hour bilingual pay (after passing assessment)
