This Opportunity is for an Industrial Automation Sales Engineer with a work location in Tupelo, MS.
Hyperion Technology Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Industrial Automation Sales Engineer to lead commercial growth initiatives within our Industrial Automation division. This role is responsible for expanding Hyperion's presence in advanced manufacturing markets by developing new customer relationships and delivering custom automation solutions to plant and engineering leadership teams.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in mechanical and automation systems with a proven ability to identify opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and close complex engineering solution sales. Approximately 75% of this role is focused on business development and commercial growth, with 25% dedicated to hands-on mechanical engineering support to ensure technical alignment and solution viability.

This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. Non-US citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Vetting Risk Operations Center (VROC), handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
