Core Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations: Oversee restaurant activity during assigned shifts, including opening, midday, and closing operations.


• Customer service excellence: Ensure customers receive fast, friendly, accurate service; resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.


• Team supervision: Train, coach, and motivate crew members to meet performance and service standards.


• Food safety and quality: Enforce all food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures.


• Cash management: Act as Cash Manager when required—set up registers, verify funds, and complete deposits.


• Operational compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standard operating processes.


• Scheduling and staffing: Help management maintain proper crew coverage to meet business and customer demands.


• Communication: Partner with management to identify improvements in efficiency, quality, and profitability.
