The House Supervisor is responsible for providing administrative leadership, consultation, and support for the patient services areas during the off-shift hours. The position provides administrative continuity to staff, patients, and families while acting as a liaison for the administrator-on-call and the nursing management team.

Qualifications
Required
Education: Academic degree in nursing required (Bachelors or Masters degree)
Experience: 2 Years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full time charge nurse/related position
Certification/License:
RN license in the state of Tennessee
BLS certification required.
ACLS required within 3 months of hire.
NRP required within 3 months of hire for LD and NICU.
Preferred
Education: Masters degree in Nursing or related field within two years from hire date(Health Administration, Business, Public Health, or management)
