Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a thriving, engaged workforce. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, from talent acquisition and employee relations to benefits administration and compliance with employment laws. Your energetic leadership will drive organizational growth, enhance employee experience, and ensure our HR practices align with our strategic objectives. Responsibilities



  • Lead talent acquisition efforts by developing sourcing strategies, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees through comprehensive orientation programs.

  • Oversee employee evaluation processes, performance management systems, and training & development initiatives to promote continuous growth and skill enhancement.

  • Manage employee relations by addressing workplace conflicts, ensuring effective communication, and fostering a positive work environment aligned with organizational values.

  • Administer benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, workers' compensation, and leave policies such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), ensuring compliance with relevant laws like OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration).

  • Develop and implement HR policies related to employment & labor law, affirmative action planning, succession planning, and organization design to support strategic workforce planning.

  • Utilize human resources management systems (HRIS) such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UltiPro for data collection, payroll processing via Paychex or ADP, and workforce management.

  • Coordinate project management activities related to HR initiatives including change management strategies and HR sourcing efforts to attract top talent.


Skills



  • Extensive knowledge of human capital management principles and employment & labor law compliance.

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting strategies, onboarding processes, and employee orientation.

  • Strong skills in employee evaluation, performance management systems, training & development programs, and succession planning.

  • Expertise in benefits administration including health plans, workers' compensation claims processing, and leave policies like FMLA.

  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, UltiPro or similar systems; experience with ATS tools like iCIMS or Taleo is preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage conflict resolution effectively and foster positive employee relations.

  • Ability to lead change management initiatives while maintaining organizational stability; experience in project management is highly valued.
