**Job Description:**


Siemens Energy Management, Richland Plant is looking for an Inventory Control Manager. This person will be in charge of 2 Supervisors and 27 hourly that will report to this position. This role will report to the Logistics Manager.

- Basic responsibilities include:

- Inventory Accuracy: Audits, Root Cause, Corrections

- Leading and Supervising a Team of 2 Supervisors and 27 Hourly EE's

- Responsible for the Annual Physical Inventory

- Implementation of Picking Process for all Production Areas

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, experience:

1. Bachelors Degree or years experience in lieu of a degree will be accepted.

2. Strong SAP Knowledge.

3. Root Cause Analysis knowledge.

4. Inventory Management, Materials or Manufacturing Background.

5. Proven track record as a Leadership, driving teamwork.

6. Experience in a Manufacturing/Assembly Environment preferred.

7. Strong communication Skills.

8. Ability to work Horizontally and Vertically in the Organization.

9. Drive to be Successful and make Significant Contributions.

10. Data Collection and Presentation Skills.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

1. Project Management or Team Leadership.

2. Experience with Multiple Replenishment Processes (KB & VMI, etc).

3. Lean and Continuous Improvement Skills.
