+ **The CSG Enablement Program Operations Associate Analyst is a proven, passionate and strategic learning professional with program and event management experience. They own the day to day logistics for operating key Enablement programs. The CSG Enablement Program Operations Associate Analyst is able to coordinate the logistics for upcoming training events to ensure our Enablement programs run smoothly for our learners.**

**Responsibilities:**

+ **Execute with strong program management skills, including creating and monitoring work-plans and managing against milestones**

+ **Manage all logistics for enablement events inclusive of registrations and cancellations, calendars, and communications**

+ **Partner with program owners to keep them informed of cancellations, potential challenges, etc.**

+ **Use Marketing Cloud product to share pre & post event reminders**

+ **Log final event attendance lists in ACT Enablement Event records**

+ **Monitor event attendance in Enablement Dashboard and create ad-hoc attendance reports as needed**

+ **Develop and analyze success metrics to measure impact and improve learning programs; continuously assess delivery process improvement opportunities.**

+ **Preferred Qualifications and Skills:**

+ **2+ years of relevant experience, including corporate learning experience and event management, in a mid-to large-sized organization.**

+ **Strong interpersonal skills; adept at resolving complex business issues and moving solutions to the next level.**

+ **Strong communication skills and attentive to detail**

+ **Exceptional analytical skills; experience overseeing and managing business metrics, productivity, and outcomes.**

+ **Ability to plan, manage and deliver multiple, concurrent, and complex work streams in a matrixed organization with aggressive timelines.**
