You will be responsible for working closely with key business leaders to drive efforts from scoping through to delivery. You will utilize strong communication, organization and program management skills to design clear pathways and partnerships building the road ahead. You will approach work with a solution-oriented mindset, integrity and agility.


+ Become a trusted thought partner to business leaders, helping them evaluate options and turning ideas into results and obstacles into solutions.

+ Own the planning and execution of various multi-dimensional efforts that shape and impact the employee experience, culture and business operations.

+ Develop broad and deep cross-functional partnerships, with partners in various levels and organizations.

+ Build out high visibility programs, with an eye for how to weave in connections to other in-flight projects creating opportunities for optimization.

+ Estimate work efforts, identify stakeholders and dependencies, drive progress and collaboration, engage necessary parties in clear communication.

+ Proactively work to resolve obstacles, apply creative problem-solving tactics and lead business partners through change management.

+ Operate with efficiency, speed, and utilization of technology adapting to the changing landscape of how we work.

+ Establish documentation, project plans, communications, and other needed artifacts for effective cross-functional team collaboration with an eye for continuous improvement.


+ Minimum of 5 years experience as a program/project manager. Preference for experience in People/HR and/or Business Operations.

+ Hands-on experience managing initiatives from start to finish. Capability of swinging between strategy and tactics, rolling up one's sleeves to make it happen.

+ Achieves successful results while managing scope, stakeholders, quality and risk.

+ Ability to build solid and effective business relationships, be a collaborative team player, and deliver better business outcomes.

+ A general fearlessness regarding the unknown, keen ability to focus, navigate, and function effectively through ambiguity.
