V2X is looking to add an experienced Operations Manager to our growing team. This is a fantastic career opportunity for a proactive, highly motivated individual. This includes support of physical and virtual systems at multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
+ Be responsible for device and password management
+ Manage installations, upgrades, and configurations of hardware and software
+ Assess system performance and recommend improvements
+ Resolve issues escalated by technicians and engineers
+ Ensure data is handled, transferred, or processed according to legal and company guidelines
+ Provide support and guidance to stakeholders via the helpdesk
+ Control costs and budgets regarding IT systems
+ Develop IT policies and practices
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field AND 4+ years of IT experience in Information Desktops, Printers, Technology Systems
+ The ability to work completely independently or with a team
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
+ Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
+ Ability to effectively manage time
+ Energetic, able to switch gears quickly from task to task
+ Desire to learn; independently and on the job
+ US Citizenship required.
