Manager Cloud Delivery Practice, CSS OU
**Job Description**

A successful Cloud Delivery Manager will guide and develop a highly technical team of instructors charged with supporting Oracle University's Cloud training assets. You will help drive the training strategy related to Fusion Applications Implementation and Administration and Lead a team of SMEs, coordinate the projects for one or more product lines and support the recording, delivery and sale of Oracle University Cloud related training assets including but not limited to the new Cloud Navigator Product, OU Cloud Learning Subscriptions, Live Training Sessions, Certification, and content. Strong leadership, professional development, communication, and project management skills are crucial to success in the position. Additional fiscal responsibilities include monitoring instructor related expenses, utilization and productivity, timecard, and expense approval.

_An optimal candidate for the position has Oracle Fusion Application Implementation experience, has been a manager with several years' experience, enjoys project management and has the background and skills to successfully lead highly technical personnel. Navigating Oracle University's internal and external network will also be a critical component to success in the position._

The team of SMEs are senior, highly capable individual contributors requiring support, project barrier facilitation, guidance and leadership. Additional soft skills will include the ability to motivate your team, manage their professional development as well as recruit and hire new talent. Exposure to and fundamental knowledge in one or more Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies is crucial. BS, MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area as well as 4 years of Fusion Applications Implementation or related experience is required.

An optimal candidate for the position has experience in and enjoys project management and has the background and skills to effectively lead highly technical personnel. Successfully navigating Oracle University's internal organizational network will be a critical component to success in the position. Comfort communicating with Oracle Partners and Customers on OU product direction as well as exposure to and fundamental knowledge in one or more Oracle Fusion Applications technology is critical.

BS, MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area as well as 4 years of software engineering or related experience is required.

US: Hiring Range: from $87,000 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
