The Associate Well-being & Benefits Lead applies forward-looking, innovative thought to strategy, design and delivery of a Total Rewards Package -- enabling business leaders to manage their business and lead a highly functional, thriving team. The Associate Well-being & Benefits Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
The Associate Benefits Lead utilizes deep understanding of contemporary practice and the associate community to develop and implement competitive benefit opportunities that contribute to associates and emphasize perceived value while balancing expense and business requirements, including regulatory compliance. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment-specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision. Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

+ Build strong, trusted partnerships with business unit leaders and HR partners
+ Gain and maintain a strategic understanding of the aligned business area's business priorities, Human capital needs and people plans.
+ Align the divisions well-being experiences and benefit packages with achievement of the division's people plans.
+ With the division's HR team and operators, co-develop and execute well-being & benefits programs that support the division's people plan.
+ Problem solve to close gaps in the business
+ Leverage quantitative & qualitative data to develop models that project benefits utilization and cost.
+ Serve as the Well-being and Benefit Team's primary liaison to the division's leaders and operators.
+ Consult and collaborate directly with the business and key HR partners, including regularly connecting with key influencers for the aligned business area (Champion, Council Member, BLG, PA, etc.)
Share and evoke conversation with WB&B to bring back insights/feedback from the business - with an eye towards action/solution.

**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree
+ 8 or more years of benefits/well- being program design and or management experience
+ 2 or more years of project leadership experience
+ Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
+ Demonstrated ability to leverage Microsoft Excel when presenting to various audiences and Leadership structures
**Preferred skills:**
+ Previous experience working for a human capital consulting firm

**Work-At-Home Requirements:**
To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:
- At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
- Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
- Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
- Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
- Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

**Pay Range**
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$102,200 - $140,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
