What you'll do here:

+ Ensure Enrollment team meets/exceeds all assigned revenue and enrollment objectives.

+ Ensure strict adherences to designated enrollment process, including measurement, tracking, reporting and coaching.

+ Identify improvements in enrollment process to enhance efficiency and provide better services to generate incremental revenue.

+ Responsible for hiring, coaching, and overseeing the work of a team of Enrollment Representatives.

+ Drive results in a collaborative and positive working environment.

+ Complete staff assessment and performance reviews.

+ Complete all required reports regarding sales and sales campaigns, market feedback and team territory management activities.

+ Generate student enrollment by calling on prospective students, advising them on how the school can meet their educational and career needs and guides qualified applicants through the enrollment processes when needed.

+ Ensure the highest quality student experience from an individual's first contact with the school through their initial enrollment.

+ Work collaboratively with other department leaders to create effective and efficient processes across ed2go departments.

+ Develop and manage relationships with vendors outside of Cengage where necessary.

Skills you will need here:

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

+ 4+ years of consultative sales experience required, preferably in education.

+ Minimum of 3 years management experience preferred.

+ 3+ years of sales and/or management experience in inside sales or similar environment.

+ Computer savvy.

+ Experienced problem-solver and solution driven troubleshooter, specializing in customer issues.

+ Ability to work beyond conventional business hours to complete assignments as required.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.

$67,000.00 - $107,200.00 USD
