**Overview**
**Job Title:** Endur ETRM Technical Lead
**Location:** Remote
**Job Type:** Independent Contractor
**Pay Rate:** $80-120/hr (1099 or Corp to Corp)

**Responsibilities**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead the **Endur upgrade project from v18 to v24** , ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
+ Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
+ Provide technical leadership to a team of developers and analysts.
+ Develop and maintain extensions, scripts, and customizations using **OpenJVS, AVS, and Java** .
+ Work on configuration and enhancements within **TPM, Deal Capture, Risk Management, Reporting, and Settlements** modules.
+ Oversee performance tuning, system testing, and integration testing efforts.
+ Ensure all code and system changes align with business and compliance requirements.
+ Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members and ensure best practices in development and deployment.
+ Troubleshoot complex issues and provide long-term technical solutions.
+ Prepare and maintain technical documentation and status reports.
**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications:**
+ **5+ years** of experience working with **OpenLink Endur** .
+ Proven experience in **Endur upgrade projects** , specifically from **version 18 to version 24** .
+ Strong expertise in **OpenJVS, AVS, Java, and SQL** .
+ Deep understanding of Endur architecture, including **scripting, configuration, and core modules** .
+ Experience in energy trading markets (power, gas, oil, renewables) is highly preferred.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead complex technical initiatives.
+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
