The Strategy Advancement Advisor provides data-based strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities. Provides business intelligence and strategic planning support for business segments or the company at large. The Strategy Advancement Advisor works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
The Medicaid Trend Strategy Advancement Advisor will oversee Medicaid market-specific trend strategies to support annual trend savings goal.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
· Provide guidance to market leadership (Market President, COO, CMO, CFO) on cross-market coordination and successful strategies in other states for trend mitigation
· Identify opportunities to expand a successful market initiative to multiple markets
· Stay up-to-date on emerging financials to assess when further mitigation strategies are needed in a state
· Work with market leadership to provide updates to senior leaders (segment SVPs) on market specific trend progress, emerging trends, and mitigation strategies
· Onboard new markets to the trend process, level set on expectations, and provide a playbook of levers for implementation opportunities
· Build strong relationships with market CFOs and trend leads
· Participate in market trend meetings and help markets connect the dots to other market or nationwide strategies and corporate levers
· Participate in market trend reviews and help markets jump off emerging experience and solve for unfavorable trends
· Lead market trend lead meetings to promote continuous engagement, communication of key deliverables, and awareness of market specific pipelines
· Maintain robust tracking of trend savings initiatives

**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree
+ 5 or more years Healthcare industry experience (payor or provider side)
+ 2 or more years of project leadership experience
+ Proficient with Excel, (pivots, formulas) Power Point, etc
+ Experience working with large data sets
+ Experience working in a matrixed organization
+ Experience presenting to leadership
+ Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Management Consulting experience
+ Medicaid experience
**Additional Information**
US remote (must be able to work within the EST/CST time zone)

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$115,200 - $158,400 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
