Sales Operations Analyst, NACI Demand Services
**Job Description**

+ Experience with either Sales Operations, Program Management or Reporting experience that demonstrates your ability to read the dashboard and analyze as well as report the data in a consumable story

+ Field Sales or Sales Development or Field Marketing experience

+ Strong reporting and data analysis skills using SI-DV and Excel

+ High level of proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

+ Strong attention to detail with quality and accuracy in data being a top priority

+ Ability to clearly define the requirements of sales leaders and complete business needs

+ Excellent quantitative and analytical skills

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

+ Self-motivated and able to handle multiple competing priorities

**Responsibilities**

In this operations role, you will be responsible for participating in demand planning and working closely with the Demand Services Leaders that support the field sales team. Reporting to the Director, Business Operations, you will help support the day-to-day business of demand services operations as well as projects to drive operational excellence and support the growth of the business.

Business operations individual contributor to support Demand Services team.

+ Design dashboards and reports that define how Oracle measures the Demand Services Business.

+ Implement a Rhythm of the Business for the Field Engagement and Marketing team, to include weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.

+ Leverage reporting and dashboards to analyze, assess and report effectiveness of the business and its impact on growth of NACI pipeline through demand generation events.

+ Manage cadence reporting by Line of Business and Portfolio.

+ Deliver executive reporting through written and oral presentations.

+ Drive adoption of tools, processes, and reporting dashboards. Assist others with usage of dashboards by hosting office hours, creating Frequently Asked Questions documentation, and supporting on demand services through Slack, video demonstrations, and other means as necessary.

+ Work collaboratively as a member of the Demand Services Business Operations team.

+ Document individual processes as part of the Demand Services Business Operations team process workbook.

+ Proactively identify issues and provide ongoing data-driven recommendations to improve sales efficiency and support outstanding execution.

+ Establish positive relationships with other key collaborators as well as with the broader Oracle support groups.

+ Other ad hoc responsibilities in support of Sales and Operations.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $30.29 to $60.63 per hour; from: $63,000 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
