**Advanced Project Control Techniques:**

+ Implement and optimize project control methodologies, including earned value management (EVM), to enhance cost and schedule performance.

+ Utilize advanced techniques for risk analysis, change control, and resource management.

+ Develop and refine project control processes, ensuring they align with industry best practices.

**Data-Driven Decision Making:**

+ Analyze large datasets related to project costs, schedules, and performance to derive actionable insights.

+ Create predictive models and forecasts to support decision-making and resource allocation.

+ Develop automated reporting systems to provide real-time project health indicators.

**Technical Expertise and Tool Management:**

+ Serve as the subject matter expert for project management tools such as Primavera, MS Project, or similar software.

+ Manage and optimize the use of these tools, providing training and support to the project control team.

+ Explore and implement new technologies to enhance project control capabilities.

**Risk and Change Management Leadership:**

+ Lead the risk assessment and mitigation process, identifying potential issues and developing proactive strategies.

+ Oversee the change control process, ensuring changes are properly evaluated, approved, and implemented.

+ Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders during change processes.

**Performance Monitoring and Reporting:**

+ Develop and maintain comprehensive performance dashboards and reports, providing visibility to project stakeholders.

+ Analyze project KPIs and trends, identifying areas for improvement and making data-backed recommendations.

**Process Improvement and Documentation:**

+ Continuously seek ways to streamline project control processes, reducing complexity and improving efficiency.

+ Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for project control activities.

**Team Collaboration and Mentorship:**

+ Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

+ Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.

**Requirements:**

+ A minimum of 7-9 years of experience in a technical program/project management role, with a strong focus on project control or a related field.

+ PMP certification is preferred, along with advanced knowledge of project management tools like Primavera, MS Project, or similar.

+ Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to work with large datasets and create meaningful insights.

+ Experience in developing and implementing project control processes, including EVM, risk management, and change control.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset, capable of making informed decisions.

+ Excellent communication and presentation abilities, effectively conveying technical information to diverse audiences.

+ A Bachelor's degree in a technical or relevant field; a Master's degree is advantageous.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
