We're looking for a Principal Transition Manager to join our team.
The Principal Transition Manager will create project plans, estimate labor costs, request resources and provide all project management functions for new client transitions to CompuCom managed services for extra large, all services. This position will be responsible for managing scope, schedule, and budget and ensuring customer needs are satisfied by providing specific deliverables consistent with the SOW. The ideal candidate is customer focused and driven by results, as well as a self-starter, team player, and has great interpersonal skills.
**Responsibilities**
+ Provide management and oversight of large, complex new client transitions to CompuCom managed services.
+ Lead a team of transition specialist and managers to develop project plans by service discipline.
+ Deliver integrated solutions for large, complex new client transitions using standard methodologies and processes by directing coordinating, assessing risks, assuring timeline compliance, and making recommendations as needed.
+ Have command of the contractual requirements and ensure scope compliance.
+ Manage the relationship with the customer transition project manager and serve as the interface for the client and internal teams regarding matters of the transition.
+ Assess risk and determine the most feasible alternative.
+ Mentor associates and assist with pre-sales activities as needed.
+ Manage budget and financial workbooks.
+ Other projects and assignments may result and be assigned to accommodate the changing needs of the department and the company.
**Skills & Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems or related field.
+ 12+ years of related experience such as in project management, business administration, operations management, IT management support, or contract management.
+ Detailed expertise in implementing one or more Compucom services
+ Skilled in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio
+ Experience in presenting and meeting facilitation.
**Wage Range** **:**
The annual starting salary for this position is between $ **85,125 - $124,850** annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
