Senior Cabling & Low Voltage Technical Program Manager
**Job Description**

**Team Overview:**

The OCI Low Voltage Supplier Management Services team is dedicated to

building and expanding strategic partnerships with key suppliers supporting

the cabling and low voltage infrastructure for OCI's worldwide data centers.

This team places a strong emphasis on operational efficiency, supplier

collaboration, and continuous improvement-requiring close coordination

with both internal stakeholders and supplier partners to deliver against OCI's

global expansion goals.

The Senior Low Voltage & Cabling Technical Program Manager will support

the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Low Voltage Supplier Management

Services team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the Low

Voltage Supplier Program-partnering closely with Low Voltage Supplier

Managers and OCI delivery teams to ensure OCI collaborates with world-class

suppliers for cabling and low voltage projects across global data centers.

Your focus will be on maximizing supplier quality, timeliness, cost-

effectiveness, regional reach, and reliability to deliver data center capacity

on time and within budget. You will also help advance self-service reporting

and data-driven decisions to drive operational efficiency and excellence in

supplier management.

-Help manage the Low Voltage Supplier Program by partnering closely

with Low Voltage Supplier Managers and OCI delivery teams to drive

supplier performance and meet program objectives

-Build and expand partnerships with strategic suppliers supporting

cabling and low voltage infrastructure for OCI data centers globally

-Lead cross-functional efforts to manage supplier program

requirements, project development, and the release of critical

initiatives and products

-Ensure suppliers deliver to program requirements with a focus on

quality, regional reach, cost efficiency, reliability, and timeliness

-Develop, document, and track team objectives; break objectives into

actionable tasks with clear milestones and success criteria

-Oversee schedule and cost management to ensure on-time and on-

budget delivery of data center capacity

-Define, monitor, and report supplier performance using OKRs and KPIs

-Partner with suppliers, internal teams, and other stakeholders to

standardize and automate reporting, data validation, and performance

tracking

-Communicate insights and results clearly to OCI leadership, supplier

partners, and stakeholders

-Support continual improvement of supplier management processes

and practices

-Additional responsibilities as required

**Required Qualifications:**

-5+ years in technical program management, engineering, operations

management, or business analysis

-Experience working in Agile workflows; proficiency with JIRA (or similar

project management tools)

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships across

matrixed organizations, including with supplier partners and OCI

delivery teams

-Proven expertise in developing and tracking key business and

operational metrics (KPIs/OKRs)

-Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and tools such

as SQL, Python, and Business Intelligence platforms

-Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills

-Self-starter mentality with adaptability to changing priorities

-Experience in data center operations or IT hardware development

preferred

**Preferred Qualifications:**

-Background in low voltage cabling, structured cabling projects, or

similar programs

-Experience optimizing third-party supplier performance

-Familiarity with automation and reporting solutions

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
