Humana is enhancing its B2B engagement strategy through scalable, digital learning and content delivery-and we're looking for a product manager to lead the development of capabilities that support broker, agent, and partner education. As Senior Associate/Product Manager - B2B Learning & Content Hosting Capabilities, you'll define and manage tools that enable secure, accessible, and personalized content experiences for external audiences.
You'll serve in a dual-hat role: owning the roadmap for platforms like Agent Marketing Hub (AMH) and Agent Advantage University (AAU), while acting as an embedded expert within agile pods to support content delivery, governance, and user enablement. This role is central to enabling efficient, compliant, and engaging content experiences across Humana's B2B ecosystem.
This role supports the development of content hosting and learning management capabilities tailored to Humana's B2B audiences. You'll collaborate with sales enablement, compliance, and technology teams to ensure content is organized, accessible, and aligned with business goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Capability Ownership & Roadmap Development**
+ Define product requirements for B2B content hosting platforms, including learning modules, resource libraries, and interactive tools
+ Manage and evolve platforms such as AMH, AAU, and future tools that support marketing material distribution to external partners
+ Ensure integration of existing Martech platforms (DAM, CRM, CMS) and new modernized platforms to deliver appropriate content tailored for B2B audiences
+ Monitor platform usage and engagement metrics to inform enhancements and optimization
+ Establish and promote best practices for metadata tagging, access controls, and content categorization
**Embedded Pod Support & Cross-Capability Coordination**
+ Act as embedded support in agile pods, advising on content feasibility, hosting workflows, and platform capabilities
+ Partner with internal stakeholders to identify content needs and delivery formats for brokers, agents, and partners
+ Collaborate with creative, brand, and compliance teams to ensure hosted content meets accessibility and regulatory standards
+ Coordinate with other capability owners (e.g., DAM, content management, personalization engines) to ensure seamless content flow across platforms
**Governance & Enablement**
+ Support onboarding and enablement for internal teams and external users, including training materials and documentation
+ Ensure hosted content aligns with enterprise governance frameworks and supports personalized, modular content strategies
+ Contribute to experimentation and innovation efforts that enhance B2B content engagement and operational efficiency

**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Instructional Design, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent work experience
+ 3-5 years of experience in product management, content hosting, or B2B enablement platforms
+ Familiarity with LMS platforms, content delivery systems, and MarTech integrations
+ Experience working in agile environments, ideally within a dual-hat or embedded pod model
+ Strong understanding of metadata frameworks, content governance, and accessibility standards
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience in healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries
+ Exposure to platforms like Adobe Learning Manager, Docebo, or similar
+ Understanding of B2B engagement strategies and compliance requirements
+ Experience with scaled agile frameworks and cross-functional product collaboration
+ Interest in emerging technologies such as GenAI, intelligent automation, and adaptive content systems
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

**Pay Range**
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$104,000 - $143,000 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
