**About the Role**
Our client, a leader in the Manufacturing Sector, is seeking a Systems Control Engineer to join their innovative team in Olive Branch, MS. This role will play a key part in the launch of a new electric Power Take-Off (ePTO) product, supporting product integration, system programming, and customer applications in the industrial work truck market.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead configuration, programming, and system validation for the new electric Power Take-Off (ePTO) product.
+ Analyze and understand system dynamics between various mechanical and electrical subsystems.
+ Configure and optimize controller logic and parameters to ensure seamless operation.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and testing teams.
+ Interface directly with customers to support installation, troubleshooting, and technical inquiries.
+ Document designs, system configurations, and changes according to company standards.
+ Provide remote support during installation and startup phases.
+ Participate in product improvement initiatives and field issue resolution.
**Qualifications**
+ **Bachelor's Degree in Engineering** (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics preferred).
+ Proven experience with **complex control systems** and system integration.
+ **Mechanical aptitude** and ability to understand electro-mechanical interactions.
+ Proficiency in **controller configuration and programming** (PLC, embedded, or equivalent).
+ Excellent **written and verbal communication** skills.
+ Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple departments and locations.
+ Willingness to travel for business and customer support as required.
