The ideal candidate brings deep experience in physical security hardware deployments and automation, excels in complex vendor and technical stakeholder environments, and is committed to maximizing uptime, process efficiency, security, and user satisfaction.

You will oversee the complete BADGE kiosk hardware environment, defining its technology roadmap, directing global deployments, orchestrating remote management, and automating both support and user-facing processes. Autonomy in daily execution is expected, while collaborating strategically with Oracle GPS leadership and cross-functional partners.

+ Drive the end-to-end lifecycle from architecture and deployment to operations, upgrades, maintenance, and modernization of credentialing kiosks.

+ Transition manual hardware provisioning and support workflows to automated, self-healing, and scalable processes.

+ Author roadmaps, investment cases, automation strategies, and device standardization documents.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Develop, communicate, and execute the global multi-year strategy and technical roadmap for BADGE kiosk hardware in alignment with Oracle's security and operational objectives.

+ Oversee major deployments, lifecycle upgrades, and integrations, automating remote diagnostics, inventory health checks, firmware/software updates, and end-user ticket workflows.

+ Drive adoption of IoT and remote management technologies for rapid scaling and reduced hands-on maintenance.

+ Pilot and scale new automation frameworks and digital touchpoints, reducing manual effort and enabling global self-service onboarding and credential renewal.

+ Ensure all hardware and processes adhere to company and global regulatory requirements; maintain audit readiness through documentation and system controls.

+ Collaborate with the PIAM/BADGE application and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and secure data exchanges between kiosk hardware and enterprise platforms.

+ Own the quality and accuracy of supporting materials, including device standards, installation guides, support runbooks, troubleshooting playbooks, and audit documentation.

+ Report status, device health, risk, and improvement opportunities clearly to technical management, business partners, and senior leadership.

**KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:**

+ Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Information Systems, IT, Security, or related technical discipline. Advanced degree preferred.

+ Minimum of 5 years' experience in physical security hardware or automation program management, ideally with global scope and high-transaction environments.

+ Hands-on expertise with badge kiosk systems, physical credentialing hardware, and identity issuance platforms (e.g., HID, **Lenel (Must have)** , Suprema, Assa Abloy, or similar).

+ Advanced knowledge of remote device management, monitoring, and orchestration platforms.

+ Demonstrated experience implementing workflow automation for deployment, support ticketing, diagnostics, update delivery, and user onboarding/offboarding.

+ Proven track record integrating hardware platforms into enterprise PIAM or badging systems, using industry API standards and connector frameworks.

+ Experience with change management, vendor partnerships, contract negotiation, and SLA oversight.

+ Working knowledge of cybersecurity, device hardening, encrypted credential issuance, audit logging, and global privacy/compliance mandates (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.).

+ Strong business process mapping, reengineering, and continuous improvement accomplishments, with measurable efficiency gains.
