**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly experienced IWMS Subject Matter Expert to play a pivotal role in shaping how our clients select, implement, and continuously optimize workplace management solutions. This is a high-visibility position at the intersection of technology, strategy, and business outcomes - one that empowers cross-functional teams, informs senior leadership, and drives measurable enterprise impact.

**What You Will Do**

Strategic Advisory & Implementation

+ Lead IWMS implementation initiatives end-to-end - from inception through go-live - applying industry best practices to ensure successful adoption and sustained long-term performance.

+ Serve as the authoritative voice on IWMS methodology, guiding both technical and business stakeholders toward confident, well-informed decisions.

RFP & Requirements Development

+ Oversee the preparation and rigorous evaluation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring all submissions align with client objectives and industry benchmarks.

+ Produce comprehensive, precise requirements documentation that serves as the definitive foundation for software design, development, and quality assurance.

Stakeholder Engagement & Sales Enablement

+ Deliver compelling software demonstrations that articulate product capabilities, competitive advantages, and tangible business value to internal stakeholders and prospective clients alike.

+ Partner closely with sales personnel to showcase Cognizant's capabilities, equipping client-facing teams with the knowledge and tools needed to drive confident, high-impact engagements.

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

+ Rigorously test developer outputs against established requirements, providing structured, actionable feedback that upholds the highest standards of software quality.

+ Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and team performance throughout the SDLC.

Team Leadership

+ Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance culture across all project phases.

+ Serve as the escalation point for complex technical challenges, providing expert guidance to keep initiatives on track and aligned with business goals.

**What You Bring**

+ Extensive, hands-on experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in the context of enterprise software platforms.

+ Demonstrated expertise in IWMS platforms such as Archibus, IBM TRIRIGA, Planon, Accruent, or equivalent.

+ Proven track record managing RFP processes, requirements documentation, and vendor evaluations.

+ Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences - from technical teams to C-suite stakeholders.

+ Experience in software QA and UAT, with a demonstrated ability to translate testing outcomes into clear, prioritized feedback.

+ Strong leadership credentials, including direct management of technical teams in a project or program environment.

+ Prior experience supporting pre-sales or sales enablement activities is highly advantageous.

**Compensation & Benefits**

Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000 (commensurate with experience)

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on individual performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
