Cloud Product Release Intern
**Job Description**

**Department Description:**

The Product Release Group is part of Oracle's Product Release Operations and is responsible for ensuring the availability of Oracle's Products and Services in our Fusion Cloud applications according to Oracle standard processes and business practices. The group accomplishes this through part creation, model configuration, and pricing set up in the Product Management and Pricing applications.

**Role Description:**

Oracle Product Release is seeking a Summer Intern to join the Cloud Product Release Team. The intern will leverage the Oracle APEX low-code development platform and AI technologies to automate key processes such as test planning, data validation, and item/pricing setup. Responsibilities include developing AI agents, applying prompt engineering and orchestration techniques, and integrating solutions with existing frameworks, CI/CD, and enterprise data sources-all while ensuring security and compliance requirements are met.

**Responsibilities - What you'll do:**

+ Develop, apply, and maintain quality standards aligned to internal and external compliance requirements

+ Design, prototype, and operationalize APEX apps and AI-driven automation (agents, scripts, workflows) for:

+ Data validation testing and reconciliation

+ Test plan generation, test execution, and results summarization

+ Build and maintain prompts, chains/agents, and reusable components; version and evaluate them for reliability

+ Integrate with enterprise systems and APIs (e.g., ERP, test management, CI/CD, issue trackers) to automate end-to-end QA workflows

+ Define and implement guardrails, and automated checks to ensure safe, explainable AI outputs

+ Analyze test and agent run results, identify defects, and recommend corrective actions; submit and verify bugs

+ Perform manual testing as needed to validate automation coverage and quality

**What you'll bring:**

+ Pursuing a BA/BS/MS degree in computer science, MIS, business or business analytics

+ Ability to learn quickly in a challenging environment and work as part of a team to achieve objectives

+ Strong problem solving skills and technical aptitude

+ Detail oriented

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ General understanding of ERP systems

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

US: Hiring Range in USD from $19.62 to $38.32 per hour; from: $40,800 to $79,700 per annum.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
