**The Role**
Eliassen Group is seeking a **Data Warehouse Architect & AI Analytics Lead** to join our high-performing team. This is a strategic, hands-on role focused on evolving our data infrastructure and enabling predictive, AI-driven analytics. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in data warehousing, cloud-based solutions, and machine learning, and will collaborate across business and technical teams to deliver scalable, impactful data solutions.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead the design and implementation of extensions to a Data Vault 2.0-modeled data warehouse.
+ Architect and pilot predictive analytics initiatives, including machine learning and LLM-based solutions.
+ Design and implement Star and Snowflake schemas to support BI reporting.
+ Maintain and enhance automated data loading routines.
+ Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine data requirements.
+ Develop and maintain cloud-based data solutions.
+ Apply best practices in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing.
**Requirements**
+ 7+ years of experience in data warehouse design and implementation.
+ 3+ years of experience with Data Vault 2.0 modeling, ETL/ELT, Snowflake and DBT.
+ 7+ years of experience with Star and Snowflake schema design.
+ Excellent SQL and Python skills with 5+ years of experience.
+ 2+ years of experience with DBT (data build tool).
+ Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business users.
+ 10+ years of experience with cloud-based data solutions.
**Preferred Skills**
+ Experience with VaultSpeed and PowerBI.
+ Familiarity with staffing industry operations and Salesforce platform.
+ Experience building machine learning and/or LLM-based predictive analytics solutions.

Base salary: $140,000 - $150,000
_This position includes additional variable compensation in the form of an annual/quarterly bonus opportunity._
