Cloud Solutions Manager
**Job Description**

This is a customer-facing role within Oracle Product Development's Cloud Center of Excellence (CoE). The role is designed for a **strong hands-on technical engineer** who will work directly with customers and implementation partners to support their journey to Oracle Cloud SCM.

This position combines deep technical expertise with customer engagement and delivery responsibilities. You will collaborate closely with Oracle Product Development, Product Management, Customer Success, Global Support, and executive stakeholders to drive **Redwood adoption, extensibility, and successful SCM implementations** .

* ***Must have hands-on** expertise for **Oracle Cloud SCM** technology areas, integrations, configurations and overall architecture.

**Responsibilities**

**Minimum 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud SCM,** with proven hands-on delivery experience across Redwood UX, extensibility, configuration, and lifecycle management **. This is a hands-on role; candidates who do not meet the minimum experience and practical implementation requirements should not apply.**

**Desired Skills / Qualifications:**

+ Strong hands-on experience with **Redwood UX extensibility** features- Business Rules -defaulting and validation, use of advanced expressions to meet complex requirements.

+ Experience with **Fusion SCM extensibility and configuration** , including flexfields, page composer, app composer, transaction design, and related frameworks.

+ Proven expertise in **configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization** of SCM application behavior, alerts, workflows, and business processes.

+ Hands-on experience with **application lifecycle management** , including import/export of configurations, deployment of VBS code changes, and promotion of changes across environments.

+ Strong experience with **data integration and data movement tools** , including FBDI, REST APIs, ATOM feeds, and related services.

+ Hands-on expertise with **analytics and reporting** , including OTBI, FDI, BICC, and SQL tuning.

+ Good understanding of **security concepts** , including roles, privileges, and access control in Oracle Fusion applications.

+ Functional expertise in Cloud SCM areas such as Manufacturing, Maintenance, Inventory, Planning, Procurement, and related modules.

+ Experience working directly with customers and implementation partners in a **customer-facing, delivery-focused role** .

+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver technical guidance and enablement sessions, both virtually and in person.

**Key Duties & Accountabilities**

+ Work directly with customers and implementation partners to support Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementations and ongoing adoption.

+ Provide hands-on technical expertise across Cloud SCM implementations.

+ Lead and support **Redwood adoption** for SCM customers by designing, configuring, and troubleshooting extensibility using Visual Builder Studio (VBS), Business Rules, and related Redwood configurations to meet customer business requirements.

+ Support **application deployment and lifecycle management** , including import/export of configurations, environment promotion, and governance of changes.

+ Assist customers with data integrations and data movement using FBDI, REST APIs, BICC, FDI, ATOM feeds, and related technologies.

+ **Collaborate** closely with Product Development, Product Management, Global Support, and Customer Success teams to resolve customer issues and escalations.

+ Deliver solution-oriented guidance, technical reviews, and **best-practice** recommendations to customers and partners.

+ Participate in customer workshops, enablement sessions, and implementation reviews.

+ Contribute to reusable assets, documentation, and best practices to scale SCM and Redwood adoption across customers.

Nice to Have

+ Experience with instance management, **P2T/T2T** , and environment configuration management.

+ Familiarity with Oracle Cloud monitoring or observability tools.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $82,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
