As a Product Manager Operations lead for the Oracle Health Patient Portal, you will be responsible for tracking and coordinating all discovery and delivery activities across our product areas. Your primary goal is to ensure optimal operational effectiveness by delivering complete, clear, and approved deliverables on schedule, and by identifying dependencies, issues, or misalignments early in the process. Success in this role is measured by both the quality and timeliness of outcomes, as well as your ability to streamline processes and minimize administrative burdens for the organization and teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Coordinate and track all product discovery and delivery activities, ensuring all deliverables are timely, accurate, and approved.

+ Engage proactively with cross-functional teams to surface dependencies, risks, or misalignments early.

+ Maintain and update project documentation and tools (such as Jira, Confluence, etc.) and facilitate seamless information flow.

+ Communicate clearly and efficiently, reducing time spent by others on coordination or administrative tasks.

+ Identify potential conflicts or inconsistencies in plans, escalating as needed for timely resolution.

+ Serve as a process knowledge resource for the team; help onboard and support others in project coordination best practices.

**Preferred Skills and Experience**

+ 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare IT or related fields.

+ Experience with SaaS solutions and Agile methodologies.

+ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and persistent in follow-through.

+ Confident engaging with various teams and stakeholders, inside and outside of core product areas.

+ Proven experience with some aspect of project or product management, familiar with product lifecycle best practices.

+ Adept at quickly learning and utilizing collaboration/productivity tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or equivalents).

+ Strong communicator, approachable, and proactive in sharing process expertise.

+ Ability to recognize potential conflicts or misalignments within and across teams, even without deep technical knowledge.

+ Proven experience with some aspect of project or product management, familiar with product lifecycle best practices. Familiarity with release management-related tasks or the ability to quickly learn operational processes in a healthcare product environment.

+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or related field

**Responsibilities**

**Expanded Key Responsibilities:**

+ Track all discovery and delivery activities for each product area

+ Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to maintain accurate dashboards (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

+ Organize and facilitate weekly status meetings/stand-ups with product teams

+ Ensure readiness, completeness, and approval of all deliverables (such as requirements in Jira)

+ Identify and report at-risk or delayed work items; highlight these for visibility and escalation

+ Act as primary liaison to engineering and technical program management (TPM) counterparts

+ Coordinate release-related tasks, ensuring alignment between stakeholders

+ Monitor program status and flag concerns or misalignments based on broad program knowledge

+ Maintain compliance with product release management and other process requirements; coordinate related meetings and communications

+ Lead retrospectives/post-mortems to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities

+ Support product managers with questions or compliance regarding process requirements

+ Dependency & Issue Management supporting cross-team coordination and manage status with dependency-owning teams and escalating issues related to ownership, delayed response, or lack of commitment as needed

+ Prepare, distribute, and review weekly reports on status, risks, and blockers

+ Track and review key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs)

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $53,700 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
