**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Field Survey Manager, you'll lead a team of field survey specialists to deliver high quality surveying services, including project planning, resource allocation, and quality control. You'll be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Lead a team of field survey specialists to deliver high-quality surveying services.
+ Manage field survey projects from initiation to completion, including project planning, resource allocation, and quality control.
+ Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
+ Coordinate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
+ Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements.
+ Manage and maintain project documentation, including survey reports, plans, and records.
+ Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering and architecture, to ensure project requirements ae met.
+ Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure project deliverables meet client requirements.
+ Manage and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
+ Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
+ Collaborate with other teams, including surveying, engineering and architecture to ensure project requirements are met.
+ Develop and maintain project knowledge management systems to ensure knowledge sharing and retention
+ Conduct project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for future projects.
+ Develop and implement processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including permits and licenses.
+ Manage and maintain project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensure compliance with company policies.

+ Bachelor's Degree in surveying, Geomatics, or related field.
+ 3-5 years of experience in survey project management, including experience with project planning, resource allocation, and quality control.
+ State Certificates and licenses as required by the state
+ In Depth knowledge handling commercial ALTA surveys, as-builts, cell towers, topography
+ Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
+ Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
+ In-Depth knowledge if Microsoft office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc..
+ Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
+ Ability to travel to project sites, including remote locations, as required.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Survey Field Operations Manager position is $100,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Survey Field Operations Manager position is $150,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. _This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance. This job will be posted live for a minimum of 96 hours._
