**About the Role:**
This is a full?time, onsite Monday-Friday position supporting an American multinational manufacturer of confectionery, pet food, and other food products, as well as a provider of animal care services. In this role, you will operate within a dynamic and highly regulated environment that requires attention to detail, reliability, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
As a CBRE Facilities Sr. Analyst, you will perform a combination of advanced facilities tasks, with a particular focus on regulated spaces. This position sits within the Facilities Management function, which oversees operational performance across a portfolio of assets and partners closely with Property Managers to support repairs, maintenance needs, and long?term investment plans.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Manage painting, patchwork, and related repair projects.
+ Perform major repairs on architectural items, cabinets, doors, and windows.
+ Oversee installation of shelving, tank holders, paper towel racks, coat hooks, and similar fixtures.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for front?line client requests.
+ Coordinate maintenance tasks with trades personnel, including corrective and preventive work.
+ Apply standard principles, techniques, and procedures to complete tasks and resolve routine issues.
+ Demonstrate broad job?discipline knowledge and model CBRE RISE values while influencing team outcomes.
+ Ensure high-quality work for yourself and others while working within standardized procedures and explaining complex information clearly.
**What You'll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
+ Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedent.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
+ Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
