Senior Project Coordinator (Remote)
**Overview**

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Senior Project Coordinator to provide project coordination, analytical, and operational support for VA Health IT initiatives within the Clinical Services Product Line. This role supports day-to-day project and release coordination, status reporting, risk and issue management, and stakeholder communications in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting large, complex organizations-preferably within the VA-and brings strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

This position will be a fully remote within the United States position with core hours of operation from Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM ET.

**Responsibilities**

+ Provide day-to-day project and release coordination, including tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues

+ Collaborate with VA Project Managers, scrum teams, and business stakeholders to collect, validate, and compile project information

+ Develop and maintain project documentation, including SOPs, status reports, and compliance artifacts

+ Facilitate meetings with VA stakeholders, including agenda development, material preparation, documentation, and follow-up actions

+ Support identification, documentation, and tracking of risks and mitigation plans in appropriate systems

+ Coordinate and disseminate project and patch status updates

+ Analyze data to assess project performance, operational effectiveness, and process improvement opportunities

+ Conduct research and analysis to support project planning and delivery of reports, presentations, and process diagrams

+ Track, forecast, and report on project progress, metrics, risks, and challenges

+ Translate complex technical and business information into clear, concise written narratives and executive-ready materials

+ Develop professional presentations and visualizations using tools such as PowerPoint and Visio

**Qualifications**

**Required Skills and Experience:**

+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline with 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting IT projects or programs

+ Strong experience creating and maintaining project documentation and providing meeting support

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio

+ Solid understanding of project management principles and data analysis

**Clearance Required:** Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance.

**Posted Pay Range**

The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

**Posted Salary Range**

USD $95,000.00 - USD $102,000.00 /Yr.
