Sr. Revenue Cycle Architect
**Job Description**
Overview
The Revenue Cycle Architect (RCA) plays a key role in leading revenue cycle implementations for Oracle Health solutions. You will partner with customers and solution consultants to ensure teams design effective revenue cycle strategies, facilitate integrated discussions, analyze complex business challenges, and drive best practices that deliver scalable, high-quality outcomes. The RCA leads revenue cycle integrated discussions around workflow and technical design across solutions and venues, influencing workflow and technical decisions. You will articulate the operational and financial impacts of decisions to customer stakeholders and Oracle Cerner project teams. You will engage customer executive leadership to set expectations and identify opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead cross-functional Oracle and customer teams to recommend and implement workflow and process improvements using Oracle Health products and technology.
+ Facilitate integrated discussion topics during implementation projects, ensuring upstream and downstream impacts are considered in proposed solutions.
+ Collaborate with customer revenue cycle leadership and consulting teams to design best-practice workflows and maximize revenue cycle performance, influencing customer decision-makers by articulating operational and financial impacts of workflow and technical choices.
+ Drive RevCycle testing strategies, advise customer on the development and implementation of test scripts to maximize financial outcomes, recommend best practice testing procedures, and track RevCycle testing outcomes. Partner with Integration Architect to ensure RevCycle testing strategies align with overall Test Strategy.
+ Consult on go-live strategies, including in-house charge conversion, claims release strategies, operational cutover steps, and establishing the meetings required for go-live stability.
+ Track revenue cycle metrics to identify technical and operational bottlenecks, monitor go-live stability, and ensure readiness for turnover to support.
+ Lead clinically driven revenue cycle (CDRC) conversations across venues.
+ Proactively identify risks, drive mitigation plans, and communicate clearly with leadership and stakeholders.
+ Serve as main point of contact for customer and Oracle revenue cycle leadership to manage and resolve project escalations.
+ Consult with CIO, CFO, and revenue cycle leadership to define financial metrics, KPIs, and reporting prior to conversion; participate in legacy accounts receivable planning and decisions.
+ Apply Oracle methodology, internal standards, and industry-leading practices across all phases of project delivery.
+ Participate in business development and maintain current industry and product knowledge.
+ Provide measurable, consistent feedback, mentoring team members and contributing to continuous process improvement within the Revenue Cycle Architect community.
Required Skills and Qualifications
10+ years of Oracle Health solution consulting experience in revenue cycle applications.
Deep understanding of operational industry best practices across multiple departments and/or technology platforms.
Expert knowledge of patient accounting data models, workflows, business rules, and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to operate independently, deliver high-quality work products, and exercise sound judgment in complex project environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity and comfort with financial KPIs and their relevance to the healthcare revenue cycle.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present confidently to executive stakeholders.
Intermediate Excel skills.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
