**Job Description**
The Oracle Product Security Team is seeking a highly talented and motivated Senior Director of Program Management to lead and develop a team of Technical Program Managers (TPMs) executing strategic, organization-wide technical security and business initiatives. As a senior leader, you will deliver holistic business operations and program management services supporting cybersecurity across all of Oracle and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This role requires strong partnership with security leadership and deep collaboration with OCI, engineering, compliance, and business operations teams to drive transformative security programs that enhance Oracle's global security posture. The role will report to the VP of Security Programs responsible for the overall oracle security programs planning, prioritization, reporting and execution excellence. The scale at which we are operating requires dedicated teams to be engaged at more horizontal levels across programs, projects, lines of businesses, teams, and disciplines to ensure constant alignment with the desired security outcomes.

+ **Develop and Scale a Culture of Excellence** : Champion a collaborative, innovative, and agile environment that encourages continuous learning, critical thinking, and the professional growth of each team member.
+ **Promote Outcome-Focused Metrics & Performance Management** : Guide teams in establishing and evolving value-driven metrics and KPIs; nurture a culture of transparency and continuous improvement through regular, actionable performance reviews and business impact reporting.
+ **Model Executive Stakeholder Engagement:** Cultivate robust relationships with cross-functional leaders and executive stakeholders, and enable teams to advocate for cybersecurity priorities that align with Oracle's strategic objectives.
+ **Lead the Security program cross-functional execution** : Identify, track, and resolve critical challenges that hinders the success of the security program including both Technical and Execution challenges
+ **Guide Executive-Level Reporting & Presentations:** Oversee preparation and delivery of impactful reports, dashboards, and presentations, equipping teams to communicate strategic insights and recommendations to executive audiences.
+ **Drive Continuous Improvement & Organizational Agility** : Foster organizational agility by leading teams in adopting iterative processes, embracing change, and quickly adapting to evolving business and security landscapes.
+ **Institutionalize Knowledge Management & Enablemen** t: Promote the creation and sharing of documentation, best practice templates, and process artifacts, enabling a sustainable culture of learning and organizational memory.
**Desired Skills and Experience**
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Business or related field.
· 15+ years of progressive program management experience in a technology-driven environment.
· Demonstrated success delivering large-scale, cross-functional technical security or business operations programs (experience with cloud security, compliance, incident response, or similar areas preferred).
· Deep understanding of core security principles and familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, GDPR, and other relevant standards.
· Experience with program management methodologies-including Agile, Lean, or hybrid approaches-and relevant tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
· Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to influence and engage diverse technical and business stakeholders globally.
· Strong business analytics, organizational, and problem-solving skills; capable of balancing strategic vision with hands-on delivery.
· High degree of adaptability, strong work ethic, and proactive approach to responding to mission-critical needs.
· Experience working with distributed/global teams and external partners or vendors.
· Familiarity with large enterprise or cloud service provider operations.
· Track record of leading organizational change and developing future leaders within a team.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $141,200 to $338,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
