We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Flowood, Mississippi. In this role, you will contribute to the design and execution of HR strategies that align with organizational goals while fostering strong relationships across departments. This position requires a proactive individual who can provide comprehensive support in areas such as staffing, employee relations, compensation, and talent management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to management and employees on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment laws and fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Collaborate with operational leaders to address employee concerns, enhance managerial capabilities, and build strong partnerships across teams.
- Lead or support HR-related projects, either within a single company or across multiple business entities, ensuring successful implementation.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, propose solutions, and recommend actions that support organizational objectives.
- Partner with managers to identify skill gaps, deliver targeted training programs, and support employee development in both technical and soft skills.
- Ensure fair and competitive compensation practices by advising on staffing decisions, promotional moves, and hiring processes.
- Work closely with HR leadership to establish and implement policies and processes that enhance employee experiences and streamline operations.
- Contribute to strategic HR initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness and fostering a positive work culture.
- Support onboarding processes to ensure new employees are successfully integrated into the company.
- Provide expertise in talent management to drive retention and employee engagement strategies.

Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment law.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related technologies.
- Experience with compensation and benefits practices, including market analysis and internal benchmarking.
- Proven ability to manage staffing and onboarding processes effectively.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent management and employee development.
- Capable of analyzing data to inform HR strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships across teams.
